Gun Safety

  1. If your parents have guns and you know where they are and can get to them, ask your parent to put them out of your reach.  You may think you are safe, but someone else coming to your house may not know gun safety.
  2. Always treat a gun like it’s loaded.  Many people die each year by a gun they thought was not loaded.
  3. Even bb guns, paint ball guns, pellet guns and air guns can injure or scare someone for the rest of their lives.
  4. If you see a gun, take everyone that’s with you and tell a trusted adult.
